Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility:
You may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be in unused condition and returned with original packaging.

Returns Process:
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 12 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions:
Certain items, such as Inner wear will not be eligible for returns due to hygiene concerne and are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.
